Never throw anything out of the window:

  • to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Do not shout or scream:

  • to avoid distractions and disturbances.

Keep your bus clean:

  • by disposing of trash properly.

Never cut or damage:

  • the curtains or bus seats.

Your child must follow the bus policy; otherwise, they will be suspended from the bus for three days after the second warning.

General School Policy

Enrollment Documentation:

  • Required documents for enrollment must be submitted to the Student Affairs Department within two weeks of acceptance. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the pre-signed agreement.

School Fees:

  • Fees must be paid before the deadline announced by the school. Otherwise, the student’s name will not be included in the class lists.

Arrival and Departure Times:

  • Students arriving by car should be at school no later than 7:45 am and leave by 2:45 pm.

School Uniform:

  • Students must wear their school uniform. Failure to do so will result in the student being prohibited from attending school, and they must be picked up immediately by their parent.

Textbooks:

  • Only original books are allowed at school. Photocopied books will be confiscated by the administration.

Phone Policy:

  • Smart phones are not allowed at school. Only ordinary phones are permitted. Confiscated smartphones will be kept until the end of the year.

Respectful Conduct:

  • Insulting anyone at school will result in two days of break detention.

Physical Conduct:

  • Physical contact with colleagues will result in a two-day suspension from school.

Communication:

  • Notebooks must be checked and signed daily as they serve as the primary communication between teachers and parents.

Homework:

  • Delayed homework will be redone during activity lessons.

Private Lessons:

  • Not allowed unless arranged through the school administration.

Absence Policy:

  • Absent students must provide a reasonable excuse, accepted by the school.
  • For absences exceeding three days, inform the school in advance.
  • If a doctor’s report is submitted, teachers will re-explain missed lessons.

Infectious Disease:

  • Students absent due to an infectious disease must provide a school doctor’s report before returning to school or riding the bus.

Early Leave Requests:

  • Parents must print the early leave permission form from the Schooleverywhere link and send it with the student to be signed on time.

Birthday Celebrations:

  • Parents should print the birthday party permission form from the Schooleverywhere link and submit it at least two days before the event.

Parental Involvement:

  • Attendance at school-parents meetings is required to discuss the child’s evaluation.
  • Parents cannot visit the school without a prior appointment.
  • No gifts are accepted from parents or students to any school member.

Communication:

  • Parents should follow the school website and Facebook page for updates.
